I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve on the sale of my home in Mukilteo. I ran up against a lot of hurdles with repairs, getting my HOA reinstated, putting my house on the market during the slow months, the list goes on. Steve was able to walk me through what needed to happen in order to sell my home and even helped talk me through some very stressful situations. In the end, he was able to get me full-list price for my house! Im so thankful that I had him on my side working for me and my best interests. He helped me understand the process, made recommendations that made sense and helped move toward the eventual sale of my home, and I felt as though every one of my questions were answered clearly and quickly. Aside from that, he answered almost every single one of my calls. Its so hard to find a Realtor who will do that. I never felt rushed or like he was just trying to get me off the phone. He took ample time on each conversation to make sure that I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered. It was stressful selling my home, but I really felt like he was by my side through everything and shouldered everything he could for me to help me focus on my upcoming move.
