Jess and Sterling were great to work with, we were very satisficed with their service, professionalism, attention to details and comprehensive leadership and handling of all aspects of the sale of our property. I have sold several houses in the past "by owner", but because of the uniqueness of this property (two dwellings and potential for sub dividing the lot) I chose to pay for the help of a professional. I've worked with realtors in several states over the years, including here in Washington, and I can say--without reservation--they are the best and are highly recommended.

I could not recommend Sterling and Jess enough. They were very congenial, honest, responsive -- they never made me feel foolish no matter what question I asked (and I asked many!). When things went sideways with my lender, they were on top of things to make sure that he pulled through so that we could still close in time. I felt very well-supported the whole way through -- and as a first-time homebuyer, that was extremely important to me! Sterling and Jess were obviously very invested in helping me to find a place that I loved and in the end, I'm now living in that place! If you're looking for an agent, look no further. You won't regret it.
