Kyle is an amazing, knowledgeable, and proactive realtor who worked diligently and consistently in finding a home for me. Being a first-time homebuyer and also have just moved from a different state, he made the entire process interactive and a learning experience, from the moment I brought up the idea of buying a home to the day of closing. He really teaches you all the tips and tricks of buying a home that I had no prior knowledge about, which I really appreciated. It's pretty jarring to know you're moving across the country and need to get your house prepared in about 3 weeks time to be ready for showing before the holidays hit, but Kyle was there every step of the way to guide us through everything he deemed necessary to get top dollar for our home. His communication was timely, extremely helpful, and he went above and beyond multiple times. Whether it was getting on our roof to blow the leaves out of our gutters or coming over mid rainstorm to dig a poor man's french drain to get the water out of our driveway, he really showed how committed he was to helping us out. He helped guide us through an intense negotiation where, with his help, we ended up making a decision that paid dividends. I could not have asked for a better listing partner. Not only did he get us beyond what my highest expectation was for my house, he did it in a way that felt genuine, empathetic, and professional. If I owned a house in Seattle, I would only list with Kyle moving forward.
