Joe and Ashli were **phenomenal** from start to finish!! As first-time buyers, we were new to the process. Joe exceeded our expectations -- patiently explaining the steps, always making himself available, and routinely going the extra mile. Hes extremely knowledgeable and good at offering advice without pressuring us in any direction. Joe particularly shined during the closing. Our closing process was unusually complicated, but Joe navigated it with no trouble, helping us land the home of our dreams! Id recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone.

Man!!!! Can't say enough good things about our experience with Ashli & Joe. We met them by happenstance as we were beginning our housing search, after we had already received multiple referrals to other agents from friends / family. Ashli was so knowledgeable & welcoming when we first met we thought "why not sit down with her and Joe too?" After meeting with all the "recommended" agents we were referred to, there wasn't even a question. Ashli & Joe's presentation blew us away. As first time home owners, we really appreciated that they took the time to slow down and really educate us / set expectations on what we could expect. Throughout the home search process they were experts in reading our level of comprehension & either dumbing down explanations OR going into granular detail. They definitely have the expertise needed to work with seasoned home buyers / sellers as well. Finally, the MOST IMPORTANT part! After several months of touring houses together they got a feel for what type of house we were looking for. Right around the time we were scheduled to take a weekend getaway, a house that looked great came on the market. We debated taking a look and ultimately decided against it - we were a little burnt out on the search and needed a break. Enter Ashli. She could tell that it was the type of house we would love and took it upon herself to tour the house alone that weekend (unbeknownst to us) & got the inspections reports. When we got back from our trip she strongly urged us to take a look at it. Long story short, that is now our home! If it were not for Ashli's hustle & encouragement, we would not have even toured this place & landed in the perfect spot for us :) Can't recommend Ashli & Joe enough! They were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be looking to them for future needs in the Seattle market!
