We had a great experience with Margot in buying our house in Seattle. We were downsizing empty nesters looking for a neighborhood that fostered a real sense of community while also being easily walkable and accessible via public transit. So Margot helped us explore many different housing options - from condos to floating homes to single family homes - in communities all over the city. She was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and the different pricing strategies for each. We were not in a huge rush, and Margot respected our pace and our process. We landed in a great neighborhood, buying a new home for well below asking in a tight market. Margot was particularly helpful post-offer, being quite the stickler with seeing that the builder addressed all the punch list items she discovered. We were very happy with how it all turned out!

I worked with Margot when buying my first house, and found her to be a fantastic partner throughout the process. My search criteria were very broad--I liked a ton of different neighborhoods and was open to condos, houses, and townhouses. So I didn't make it particularly easy! But she was very patient and a great thought partner as I considered individual properties. She was also very low pressure, and always reminded me that I had options and could walk away if something wasn't feeling right. And once I selected my home, she helped through the entire process, including connecting me to inspectors and other relevant professionals. I'm hoping not to go through the home buying process again too soon! But when I do, I'd love to work with Margot again and would definitely recommend her to friends.
