I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Amy had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Amy is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without her; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend her until she retires, maybe past that. Beyond that, before me, she sold a home to my father and grandfather who I knew proved to be a challenge with how picky I'm sure they were. Instead of being dismissive or lackadaisical she took them through the process as if they were her own family, and I will never be able to thank her enough for treating them so well. They had endless great things to say about her. As far as Amy's work, she knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not," for your benefit throughout the process. She is clearly very skilled and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure (lol get it?). She was 100% on top and ahead of every decision to be made, every form to be completed, and every house we viewed that I decided "just didn't feel right." Her communication was always consistent. She was always easy to contact, and many times she would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) when I couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am certain is not in her job responsibility, (blame that on my own struggles). Amy stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect. Absolutely 10,000/10. Thank you, Amy!!!
