Robbie was amazing to work with. We felt like we can reach out to her with a question at any time and she was very knowledgeable about all neighborhoods around Seattle. As first time home buyers, she was extremely helpful in walking us through each step of the process and making sure we covered our bases when getting down to the final decision. She also was very organized and helped us narrow down our search by finding properties that fit our preferences. Overall I could not recommend Robbie enough!

Robbie was great to work with as we searched for our first home, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Seattle. Having grown up in the area, she knows the Seattle neighborhoods incredibly well which gave us comfort when considering houses in areas that we hadn't previously considered and didn't know much about. We were purposefully being a little picky with what we wanted, but she was patient and understanding, and continued to help us find what we wanted. Thanks for everything Robbie!

Robbie is fantastic and we highly recommend her as an agent! We've bought and sold five houses with Robbie for over the course of 10 years, and appreciate her positive energy and business acumen. She's helped us purchase investment properties, sending us options and negotiating terms to help us build up our small mom-and-pop rental portfolio in the Ballard neighborhood. When it was time to sell my MIL's house in Renton, we called Robbie. She was so patient knowing that moving out of the family home after 40 years comes with emotions. She guided all of us through the move-out process. She then managed the cosmetic upgrades and staging, and set the perfect price for the home to sell for significantly over asking. We turned to her again when we had the opportunity to buy the house next door to our primary residence and employed a reverse 1031 exchange with one of our rental houses as part of the process. She helped us with the purchase and then managed the upgrades and staging and set the right price. The house sold for over asking in a tough, high-interest rate market.
