Stephanie McRae is an exceptional real estate agent. Last year, we bought our first home in Seattle. I have a compromised immune system so home-buying in a new-to-us state during a pandemic was especially stressful. But Stephanie and Katie Cahill made it easier. They were professional, efficient, thorough, and careful with my health needs. We were fortunate to only tour one home before we purchased. Part of that was because of their due diligence (and some luck in this market!). Since weve closed, we've asked some silly questions about home ownership in the PNW (different from what we are used to). And Stephanie answers them with knowledge and patience. We can't say enough good things about working with Stephanie and Katie. If we decide to move, wed happily use them again. And we highly recommend them to friends or family who are buying or selling in the Seattle area.
