She deviced strategies on how to structure our offer to make it stand out. She built relationships with the listing agents, mortgage lenders, and escrow officers which effectively made them part of our team. As a result, our offer was accepted even though there were other bigger offers, and our escrow process was seamless and closed within just two weeks.

Julie is a superstar!! We had a series of challenges trying to find a house before we started working with Julie. She made everything so much easier. Excellent communication, trustworthy and a great eye. She found us a house in a matter of days, our offer was accepted and she helped walk us through the process. Julie was fantastic to work with. She made herself available whenever I needed to tour a home and provided valuable insight on each houses we visited. Her intuition and experience made the home buying process much easier and smoother than I had anticipated.
