Neressa was a great help while looking for a house. Not only did she work with us to help narrow down what exactly we wanted out of a new home, but also kept on top of things from the house search all the way to closing. The process would have been a lot more stressful without her.

I worked with Neressa when I purchased my first apartment and contacted her immediately when it was time to sell. She gave me critical advice on how to do minor improvements prior to listing and when I received multiple offers she took the time to go through each offer component with me and negotiated with the respective agents multiple times until I came to agreeable terms with one person. My ability to subsequently purchase my new condo relied on Neressa's astute, experienced and poised negotiation skills, I couldn't recommend her enough, she's amazing.

Neressa was my realtor for my first ever home purchase and she was an incredible agent to work with all throughout the entire process. She did an excellent job of noting what we liked and didn't like as we toured homes and was able to eventually steer us towards several options that were a very good match for what we were looking for. We ultimately ended up with an accepted offer on a new construction townhome, and while we ended up in an extremely protracted period between the offer and closing due to construction delays, she was with us every step of the way. She was always on top of the latest status at the construction site and kept us updated on the current progress as important milestones passed. She was even on top of the absolute latest permitting status with the county and notified us as soon as the house was officially cleared for sale. I would absolutely recommend her as a real estate agent, especially if you're a first-time buyer, and I would absolutely call her again if I were looking for a new home.
