I had an absolutely amazing experience. I purchased a duplex to live in one unit and rent out the other. Seattle is expensive so this seemed like a creative way to actually be able to live there. Charlene helped me to find a place that needs some work, but as a result is also a great long-term investment that will really help me to get ahead. Im looking forward to this adventure.

I could not have been happier with my time during our purchase with Charlene. She is very quick, has an amazing attention to detail, incredibly knowledgeable and overall just fun to be around. She makes you feel like you're talking to a family member, when buying a new home, which can be a scary and complicated process. She always looked out for our best interests. If I'm ever buying again or selling in the future I couldn't imagine using anyone besides Charlene.

Charlene is the most amazing and HARD working realtor I have ever felt with. She is compassionate and treats people (me) with so much care and kindness. She always makes herself available 24/7. And isn't only compassionate about selling a house. But she is very caring about the family selling the house. And what they are going through. She helped 100%with any questions I had.
