I cold called Kavita when I was in search of an agent in the Seattle area. She was the first, and last, agent I called. I asked her some questions to see if she would be a good fit for me and looking back I completely underestimated how amazing she would be for my home search. To say Kavita went above and beyond is understatement! I was living in another state and do not have a conventional work schedule, and she was able to work with me. I think the biggest thing she brings to the table is her passion for what shes doing. Her genuine appreciation for real estate allowed her to know what I was looking for when I described to her my likes, dislikes, and lifestyle interests. The bonus was Kavitas lovely personality and sense of humor. We ended up doing some video calls and overall just really enjoyed the time spent with her. She was also very tenacious when we found houses we liked and was a great guide when dealing with offers and contracts. She definitely is a real gem!

Kavita represented us on the purchase of our third house. As seasoned home buyers we were quite picky with our requirements. Even though we asked a lot from her with a very wide location radius, Kavita patiently worked with us to slowly narrow down our search area. In all, we toured 30+ houses over the span of a couple months. We saw houses from Vashon to Whidbey, from Beacon Hill to Lake Forest. Kavita was always there with us on home tours and thoroughly worked to answer our questions or to chase down the details on our inquiries about the various properties. We initially were interested in a property on Whidbey Island, but as Kavita learned of our work commitments, lifestyle and desires, she talked us through the long term ramifications of our decision and helped us realize that living on Whidbey would not be a viable option. Based on our interests and needs, she suggested exploring Vashon or Bainbridge Island as alternatives. With every walkthrough, she would pick up cues on our likes and dislikes in a home. She kept us apprised of market trends, tracked potential homes and also compared sales history to prep us before we wrote an offer. (The market was competitive when we had bought our other two homes, but it wasnt anything like 2021). We finally ended up snatching a deal on Bainbridge Island. This is when Kavita really went to work for us. The closing was far from a smooth process, and she diligently worked through the nuances of closing and appraisal which were atypical in every way. We couldn't be more happy with our future home and would like you to experience the same. Kavitas past life in tech and her international upbringing influence the way she narrows houses and guides her clients. She wont shy away from stopping you from making a purely emotional decision and will always bring a level headed financial justification to every conversation. We highly recommend her.
