We recently closed with Catalina on a new construction in WA state and cannot recommend her enough. She's amazing and knows the area well. Catalina was super responsive. She really gave in a lot of effort and scheduled listings whenever and wherever we wanted. Being first timers, she was patient with us and addressed all our questions and concerns. More importantly, she's such a good listener. She was honest, transparent and wise enough to admit not knowing something (that was super rare) than mislead us. And even then she made efforts/calls to figure out whatever we needed and ALWAYS came through. She independently collaborated with our loan officer, title company and the sales agent. Her knowledge about the area was really helpful when we were nervous about overpaying/appraisals. If you're with Catalina, you're in good hands.

This woman is amazing! Tenacity? She has it! Drive? That too? The willingness to do what it takes to get you the home you want? Look no further. Cat is an absolutely amazing agent, very skilled in her work. She worked with my loan officer, and the listing agent, while crunching numbers to make a deal on a house I didn't even think possible. She got my loan increased and worked with the listing agent before she even wanted to give me hope. She wanted to make sure my dreams were going to come true. She did all this on her own accord, while providing me my time at work. I literally told her, "it is probably no hope. Why try?" I'll be moving into the home I sent as a long shot and gave up hope on, only because I had the tenacious, daring, and incredibly easy to talk to, Catalina Ochoa. Thank you, Cat, from every fiber of my being. I can't wait to show you what I do with my new home.
