Amy worked with us for about 3 years through many different types of markets. When we first started with her the market was somewhat soft and we could pepper her with multiple tours per house and many different questions over a longer period. As the market heated up, she worked with us to quickly pivot to a quicker process. In all scenarios she handled everything with a calming presence and impeccable professionalism. At the end we were able to buy our dream house and sell our old house. We recommend her without hesitation!

We recommend Amy Sajer highly and without reservation. We worked with her both in person as our father was moving out of his house, and then from out of state. Amy truly went above and beyond with the level of service, oversight, care, patience, and communication. Amy knows Seattle and the market so well, and had all the contacts we needed to keep the house secure and maintained while we were preparing to sell, and then to clean and stage the house so that it looked its absolute best. She also provided good counsel regarding work bids and during the negotiation process. We felt very satisfied with the end result of a good sale price and a low stress closing.
