Bonnie is truly the best real estate broker and we couldnt expect more. Her professionalism, knowledge and sincerity are exceptional. We feel truly lucky to work with her as our agent during our house search. We first met Bonnie at an open house we went to in 2022. She was there with some of her clients, and we quickly noticed how sincere and professional she was. We asked for her business card so we could call her. As Seattle area locals for 25 years, we had worked with 3 other agents before. The market these past few years continues to be more challenging than ever, and Bonnie helped us immensely to find the best home for us, and to win what seemed like an against all odds bidding war in the Bellevue area. Bonnie always cared about our needs, listened with patience, and talked through the details of any concerns we had. She often checked through pre-inspections even before we did and could use her experience to advise us. When, after almost 2 years, we found a house we really wanted, we had less than an hour to make an offer and communicate with the sellers agent. Bonnies excellent communication skills were instrumental in getting the deal done as there were multiple compelling offers. We cannot overstate Bonnies role here and it really couldnt have happened without her. After offer acceptance, Bonniestayed on top of everything through closing and until we received the key. We wish we could have worked with Bonnie for all of our previous house transactions.
