There should be a 6th star here. Carol, you were amazing to work with. Going through the hardships I was dealing with, I needed someone to come in, have a game plan, set my mind at ease and get my house sold with the least amount of stress. You not only exceeded my expectations on what was made on the house, you did it, it felt like overnight! Which would have been even quicker if we didnt have the HOA hold up our first(over ask) offer!. Anyway, I truly appreciate you your honesty, efficient work ethic, and hustle. Hands down the best realtor in WA!! We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about the process. Carol dedicated her time to us and took us hunting in lots of areas so we could really decide what we wanted in a house. Her knowledge and expertise landed us a beautiful new riverfront home and she even got sellers to pay closing costs!!

Carol Tover is one of the best if not the best realtors out there, she worked night and day for us. She made the sale of our house go extremely smooth not to mention the purchase of our new home that she was not the realtor for (only because it's not on the same side of the state ) go seamlessly so we could close at the same time, she kept everyone up to date. Carol Tover went way over and above to keep everything stress free. We were definitely very blessed to have her as our realtor.
