We recently worked with Tricia on our (successful) out-of-state home purchase (from OR to WA); a first for her and us. Throughout the process Tricia was reliable, responsive, conscientious, and attentive. Tricia was also very thorough and careful in all aspects of the buying process. Additionally, Tricia provided us with several well-considered referrals to assist us in finding the best lender for our needs as well as the agent we used to sell our home in OR. Tricia worked with us for about 8 months through the long process of finding a new place to buy, helping us work effectively with the financing team, working with us to prepare our house for sale, and finally getting it on the market. Tricia organized a great flyer, an attractive online listing, and worked closely with me to highlight the great features of our Ravenna house and neighborhood. Everything was done very professionally, the staging was excellent, and our house sold in 4 days after some strong negotiations. We couldn't have been more pleased! She was patient, always answered our questions, brought in other team members when needed, and made the long and often challenging process of buying and selling as delightful as it possibly could be. She was encouraging when the work was overwhelming, and congratulatory when things went our way, and all around we felt very well supported and cared for. Just a smart, knowledgeable, caring, kind person and those characteristics serve her very well in this role!

Tricia was available for showings at times that fit my schedule, and friendly all the while. When it came time for negotiations, she lended me her ear and ideas to help me close a deal that worked great for everyone. She executed every step of the offer and closing process diligently and provided excellent communication at every step.
