Ryan sold a house for me. I tried with another, more expensive agent before, and did not succeed after 6 months on the market. With Ryan's guidance and market research to determine the right price, a buyer was found in a week. Working with Ryan was very efficient, which fitted my busy schedule of a technology company manager. Ryan has rigorous communication standards, nothing is falling through the cracks, a skill I very much value. This review is written when mortgage rate hover around 7%, depressing the market and holding back the demand. That made Ryan's task even more challenging.

Ryan was fantastic to work with. We didn't realize we'd be looking for a home at the absolute peak of the competitive Seattle housing market, but Ryan helped us navigate the process effectively. He was incredibly well-informed about the Seattle area and had strong relationships with many of the listing agents which allowed us to better understand what it would take to make a competitive offer, and why we weren't successful if another offer was accepted. This was invaluable information when we found our dream home and wanted to come in with a really strong offer (which was accepted!). He was also exceptionally patient with us as we spent nearly a year looking for the right property. Ryan was consistently responsive, transparent, informed, and overall just a wonderful person to work with. We will absolutely work with Ryan again for any future real estate needs.
