It's very disturbing the last few months how the new ED(management) is treating her employees. She is a really Tyrant and lots of good people left, complained to their ENSIGN COMPLIANCE with nothing done. Really concerning. ENSIGN COMPLIANCE officer should revisit these disturbing allegations against her.

Employees are nice and polite; the nurses listen to deliver the best care to their patients.

The nursing staff do a great job at taking care of the patients, and make for a pleasant environment, to the best of their abilities.

The new team really cares about the patients and making some great improvements. Update: The more I got to know the management team, the more concerned I became. While I do not have concerns about the quality of care the staff performs on their patients, I have serious concerns about the administration and how the staff are treated. Several good employees have quit recently. If the administration keeps losing good staff, they will end up with problems providing quality care. The more I hear about the administrator, the worse it gets. She should not be allowed to lead a team. She might know a few things about creating a budget, but her decision-making is poor. She should find a different position. Most of my coworkers were miserable, and many of them left. If you're thinking about working there, think again. Rose will drive you crazy and probably yell at you. If you're thinking about sending your loved one there, find a better place. It is only a matter of time before conditions become hazardous if they haven't already. A hostile administrator will only be able to attract bad workers because no one else will want to work there. In fact, I've been told that the only reason why her leadership team is still there is because they are the same race and easy to control. Ensign is the company that owns the facility, and they are well aware of the issues. Ensign looks the other way. Ensign should find a better administrator. But they don't care because they have enough facilities to make the shareholders happy.
