Angie along with her partner Dexter Mitchell were the real MVP's of our home buying experience. Angie's creativity and positive attitude were of great help when we were looking to purchase our first home. She and Dexter worked with our schedules to plan viewings and they made time to have thoughtful conversations about what we liked and didn't like. With the help of Dexter Mitchell and Angie Covey-Moawad, my wife Trudi and I bought a house last fall and had an excellent experience. They were both knowledgeable, genuine, and supportive as they helped guide us through an extremely difficult market. They were accessible and responsive and would agree to meet at a house of interest on short notice, at all hours, and cheered us up when we were discouraged. They functioned well as a team and often brought different perspectives that helped us make decisions on some of the houses we viewed. We would definitely recommend Dexter and Angie to friends who are thinking about buying a house. Angie was very quick to identify functional and design elements of a house that were important to note. Early on in our working relationship she asked us to make a list of the important elements of a house and location for us.
