It was a delight working with Dexter. He was always reachable and was constantly anticipating my questions and needs before I even knew I needed to ask the questions. If he doesn't have the answer, he promptly and effectively finds the answer in a timely manner. His knowledge and pleasant disposition puts you at ease when making such a large financial decision as a home puchase. He went out of his way to sort through stacks of papers in regards to a home with an HOA to make sure I understood the many nuances of being in an HOA. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use his services for future purchases.

With the help of Dexter Mitchell and Angie Covey-Moawad my wife Trudi and I bought a house last fall, and had an excellent experience. They were both knowledgeable, genuine, and supportive as they helped guide us through an extremely difficult market. They were accessible and responsive and would agree to meet at a house of interest on short notice, at all hours, and cheered us up when we were discouraged. They functioned well as a team and often brought different perspectives that helped us make decisions on some of the houses we viewed. Dexter grew up and has lived in Southeast Seattle and is extremely knowledgeable about the areas where we were interested in finding a house. Trudi really appreciated how much he knows about community projects of interest to her. Having worked in real estate for many years, Dexter has relationships with competent professionals, such as architects and housing inspectors. It was a great benefit to us that these people were willing to show up on short notice to provide information we needed to decide whether or not to make an offer on a house.

From first moment of contact, Dexter Mitchell provided professional services. He put us at ease with his knowledge of the selling and buying (both) for our property. He was very responsive to calls and questions. We never felt like he was too busy to handle situations and inquiries from tax issues to valuations, and always in a timely manner.
