Thomas diligently visited the house even though he was 100+ miles away, just making sure it was up to standards and that realtors and their clients didn't leave mud trails or the like on the new floors. Always kept us informed about viewings, as well as the feedback from them. Let us know when there were papers that needed signed, used all forms of communication to make sure we got everything done as quickly as possible. Loved working with him and the team.

Thomas was incredibly helpful in providing my roommates and me guidance and expertise during our rental house search.
