David Glenn was our Realtor both for buying our current home, and selling our prior house. Our advice to you - contact David! He should be your Realtor! He has a wealth of knowledge not only of the current real estate market, but his prior contracting experience allows him to detect underlying issues that may not be so obvious. When selling our prior home, it was helpful to have David's professional eye guide us through the process. David knows what buyers are looking for. His attention to every detail, pointed us to often overlooked items that needed some attention. But those seemingly minor details helped present our house in the best possible fashion. David also understood that it can be hard to let go of a home when it holds so many memories. His ability to help us see how potential buyers, with no emotional attachments, would view our house was beneficial. That was especially helpful when we worked with David to establish a fair asking price. Because David always listens, he knew exactly what we were looking for in a new home. The very first house he showed us was the one we purchased! But that doesn't mean he didn't show us others! Even though the rest of the family knew this first one was "it", at my insistence, David showed us several similar houses. David was very patient, and kept us (me!) on track pointing out how each of the other houses did or did not meet our needs. David even scheduled time to show us the original house again, to make sure we / I was completely satisfied. We were very impressed with how insightful David was when it came to putting in a bid for our new home. David understands all aspects of the selling and buying process.
