I am a real estate agent at another brokerage firm, and I have to say that over the years that I have seen Lori Robinson work with her clients, I have witnessed firsthand what it means when they say "Customer Service". Lori seems to be fully committed to her client's needs whether it is showing an interested buyer available homes for sale, or when she works tirelessly to give a seller the best market coverage and marketing program possible. Her market knowledge is fantastic, and as a seller or a buyer, that is precisely the information you need, especially when things change so quickly.. She is a "hands on" agent, in a time when so many agents are the direct opposite.

Lori is the absolute best in the area. Shes caring and attentive, honest and hardworking. She is your advocate through and through. My whole family would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, but especially for a first time home buyer. She makes sure your experience is 10/10. We cant say enough about her!

Our family met Lori while attending one of her Open Houses. She has a wonderful personality and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She is very knowledgeable about houses in many surrounding areas and she immediately was able to assess all of our like/wants in a house and was very honest if houses would fit our criteria. Lori has been very hardworking for us and has been available at all hours of the day or night to answer questions, find out requested information, take us to see a house we like with very little notice or call us immediately when something is new on the market. With her as our realtor, we know it will be just a matter of time before she helps us to find our 'forever home'.

Working with Lori to sell our home was a wonderful experience! She helped stage our home, bringing in some of her own items, to make sure we looked picture perfect for our showings and photo day for the home. She was/is very easy to communicate with about anything pertaining to the process of selling our home. Lori was very punctual and helped us stick to our desired timeline, as a military family timing is everything! When we encountered issues with our inspection, Lori immediately started looking up solutions and how to solve our issues efficiently. She even researched and scheduled our repairmen and found us a fantastic contractor to do some work. She made a very stressful time for us that much easier and actually enjoyable! Whenever we move back to the PNW, we would work with Lori again in a heartbeat! Thank you Lori!!

Lori is absolutely wonderful! She takes care of you as if you were family and she is so sincere and honest! She is extremely hardworking and takes the time to really get to know her clients. 5 star would recommend to anyone in the Kitsap Country or Bainbridge Island area!
