I'd heard many wonderful things about Conor from friends and coworkers who knew him in his previous career, and meeting him in person did not disappoint. He is a great realtor. He was enthusiastic and always available (I felt like he was our open house concierge lol). He humored all of our housing flights of fancy from ones that were too small to ones outside of our budget. He answered our novice home buyer questions. He gave honest feedback about each house (and it's fit for us) and his final sales price estimates were scarily accurate. As first time home buyers, Conor spent a lot of time in advance getting us familiar with things like inspections, purchase contracts and the home buying process. He helped us navigate a sometimes intimidating Seattle area market and provided a shoulder to cry on when bids didn't go our way. He's very familiar with the highs and lows of home buying and checked in on us throughout. With his help, we were able to buy a home that fit our needs, budget and location. He made a very scary process more approachable. And he did it all with trademark wit and boundless energy. I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs and would happily work with him again.

I am very happy to write a recommendation for Conor. My mother wanted to sell her house in Mill Creek and as soon as I asked if he could help, Conors expertise and efficiency were apparent. It can be a daunting task to clear out and sell a home thats been in use a long time. Conors research and great advice made every aspect smoother, faster and more lucrative than I thought possible. He walked us through the critical documentation and what to expect with timing and offers. He recommended great vendors for cleaning and inspection, took care of the staging (it was beautiful) and went the extra mile to make it easy for us. Conor is a delight to work with and like a great scientific collaborator (and his science background came in very handy!), he brought his skills, knowledge, creativity, positive energy and a sense of humor to the project. For any house selling or buying in the future, I will go to Conor first and foremost!

Conor is the best in the business! We worked with Conor to buy our first home in the spring/ summer of 2022. We had just moved to Washington from the Midwest and were so thankful to have a friendly face to guide us through the process. Conor was able to answer questions not only about houses but also about Washington and the different cities surrounding Seattle. He was a joy to work with and made the spending weekends doing house tours a blast! We had a great first time buyer experience and are so happy in our new home :)
