        Ordered mapo tofu with ground pork to go. This stone came out from mapo tofu, it almost broke my tooth. Thank god that I felt weird and spit it out. Food insecurity indeed.

        This place is barely ever open and when it is, the service is incredibly poor and the food very average (probably overpriced for quality). When we got something as basic as white rice it was off color and clearly old. Three people from two months ago reported food poisoning and their most recent inspection in May 2023 was unsatisfactory from King County (because of their inadequate cooling procedures). B.cereus in the making. There are so many other restaurants from this one that is suspiciously never open, maybe for good reason.

        What a gem! I dined in once, got take out once. Both were impeccable experiences. The eggplant! The spicy chicken! The pickled wood ear mushrooms! Get them all. Its the key to happiness. Parking: Take the bus if you can! There is a small parking lot and plenty of street parking, but also many bus stops nearby.
