Lindsey and Michael from Pearsall Properties were so helpful to my family when planning a renovation. Though there wasn't an immediate business benefit for them, they were still open to share time and knowledge with us. The team did research on comps in our neighborhood, walked through our plans, walked through our home, gave insight on building trends, and helped us estimate a potential home value after renovation.
