Karryn did a wonderful job for us. We hadn't even meet in person when we found a house we wanted. She was out of town with family but sent a coworker to show us the house until she could return. Everyone in her office we worked with was excellent! She guided us through the whole process, always looking out for us and offering great advice along the way. Communication was always timely and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends!!

Thank you Kerryn and Carley for helping us find our first home! Kezza & Carley were incredibly supportive and helpful to us throughout our entire home buying process. We never felt pressured and they were willing to travel far to show us many different houses. They are both so friendly and easy to work with. Kerryn Lyons Team are truly incredible! They are arguably the best Real Estate Agent in Washington. She has been behind our familys journey for the last 2 years. Kerryn offered help to sell my mothers house and recommended an agent to best suit our needs on her weekend. She traveled 3 hours on a Saturday just to give us advice on how to get the house ready for the market, while maximizing our profit. She stayed in contact for the next year. As soon as we said we were ready to house hunt, she and Carly (her partner in crime) jumped in with both feet. We had a short timeline to find a house, close and enroll our kiddos into school before their first day. Instead of advising us to adjust our timeline, they accepted the challenge. Within two plus weeks, we visited ~30 houses while Carly drove us around to see 13 in just a single day (record for their team btw). They were both enjoyable to be around as we toured house to house. We always felt as if we were talking to lifelong friends versus client/agent relationship. I know that both Kerryn and Carly have full lives outside of work. However, they make you a priority and keep you updated every step of the way. They dont ever give up! These are the people you want by your side through the process of buying or selling your home! Kerryn exceeded expectations throughout the entire buying process and was incredible through every stage of selling our home. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to sell a house!
