At the recommendation of a friend, my partner and I worked with Adam to find our first home in North Seattle. From the start, Adam was professional, friendly and responsive. He took the time to get to know not only our wishlist for a first home, but also our personalities, interests and hobbies. We genuinely felt like he cared about us as people, not just as clients. Professionally, he was incredibly efficient, and was always available to show us listings on short notice. I have known Adam a few years now. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Many realtors have their talking points and don't always have a genuine interest in your needs, they are more about turnover and sales. Adam differentiates himself because of his knowledge and relatable personality. More important he is relentless in his pursuit to satisfy exactly what the client needs and is not satisfied with "good enough". Adam was great to work with. He always responded promptly to our questions. He was very informed and had a ton of great advice about what all was happening with real estate in the Puget Sound area we were looking at. If we ever need to buy or sell another home in the Puget Sound area we would insist that Adam be our broker.
