Super juicy chicken with just the right amount of crunch. Hands down the best Katsu chicken I have ever had. 10/10. Highly recommend!! This little gem of a spot is in the Asian Street market area of the Westlake shopping center.

Serves Singapore food in downtown Seattle's version of a hawker center. Ordered Hainanese chicken rice -- the portion was ample, but the chicken was not moist like was supposed to be. The rice didn't have the right chicken flavor and was a bit dry too. The vegetables were bitter. The only thing they got right was the hot sauce (wrong color but right taste). I would try another stall in this same food court.

I ordered take out for the Hainanese Fried Chicken and ginger rice and it was one of the best fried chicken I have had in a long time. Very flavorful chicken and the batter is seasoned just the right amount. Absolutely loved the ginger rice and the simple chicken broth soup that comes along with it. One grievance I have is the wait for food can get pretty long, especially during the lunch rush. I wish these Kiosk for ordering will give a food ETA. Also, this vendor is located inside ASEAN Food Hall.
