We recently had the pleasure of working with Josie and Ansel Sanger. We were introduced to them through our real estate agent in California. We made a trip up to Seattle for a weekend to explore options for a condominium for our daughter. They spent some time with us prior to arriving, getting key information to help narrow our search before we arrived. Once we arrived, they graciously picked us up from our hotel and we began our search. They used all of the information we provided and found several options that fit what we were looking for. Even though we viewed quite a few properties the first day, none of it seemed rushed. On the second day we looked at several more and revisited some from the prior day and had made a decision by the end of day 2. Both Ansel and Josie worked diligently to get our offer to the seller along with making sure we had all of our questions answered to make the process go so smoothly. What really made them stand out was their kindness. Showing us some of the more beautiful spots in Seattle and pointing of some of the best places for local fare along with places they really enjoyed. They made the trip so enjoyable for us that Seattle is at the top of our list for retirement and we would surely use Ansel and Josie again when that time comes!

Ansel and Josie Sanger were a real Godsend! We had never sold a home before and really needed help with the process from beginning to end. We had been in our home for thirty-three years and truly did not know where to start. The market was changing; prices had already peaked and interest rates were increasing. I could not have picked better agents to buy my first home! Ansel and Josie were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They taught me so much about the process and the Seattle real estate market. Josie was very responsive and was able to show me properties last minute, making it easier to navigate the hot Seattle market. Ansel was very knowledgeable and offered to walk me through writing a mock offer to learn about the details of making an offer as well as providing great advice on how much to offer and escalate. Overall they made the whole process smooth and painless!

I cannot recommend Josie and Ansel enough as real estate agents! Since we began working with them, they displayed such professionalism and clear communication during our journey of finding a home. When we first started the process, we had just moved to Seattle and we felt daunted by the Seattle housing market.
