We could not have been happier with our experience working with Bob to find and purchase our first home. We found Bob to be professional, knowledgeable, hard working and a pleasure to interact with.
Bob was always available for us when we needed him and his services, even working very hard on holiday weekends at times. Bob's advice and guidance was valuable and he also really listened to what our priorities were and effectively provided support to find and close the perfect home for us.
Bob went above and beyond advocating to listing agents for us to purchase with a VA loan in a seller's market time. A VA loan can look unattractive to sellers initially and Bob put considerable time and effort into communicating with listing agents to answer their questions and concerns so we could still be considered as equally valid buyers even with this non-traditional funding type.
We are so happy with the entire experience of working with Bob. We will not want to leave this home anytime soon and though I may not have the opportunity to personally use Bob's services again due to the nature of the purchase and my complete satisfaction with the home we ended up with, I will recommend Bob to everyone I can as an excellent agent and human being.
