The crispy pata they gave me for my order was not the whole pata at all. Just chunks of pork leg with a lot of bone in it. Still good but a little disappointed considering how far I drove and not get any product consistency.

Delicious food, great service and nice ambiance!! Makes me feel home everytime we dine in at Max's restaurant. The crispy pata was the best I've ever had, crispy and juicy inside. Not salty, just the exact taste and the sauce that came with it was perfect. The pinakbet was really good, just the exact taste I really wanted. And of course, fried chicken was so delicious!!! The fried rice was the best match for all of the dishes!!! I highly recommend for those who wanted authentic Filipino food with great service and very reasonable price!

Love seeing a place with authentic Filipino food that full of people. The standouts were the lechon, that Ive ordered plenty of times for takeout so it was nice to taste fresh. The pancit is great too, along with the garlic fried rice.
