Windermere Real Estate: Javila Creer

Javila was so great to work with. She was the only realtor we spoke with that had an actual method and plan for how to go about navigating the market and finding our first home. Other realtors just sent listings (which we can easily find ourselves via Zillow, Redfin, etc) or just told us to let them know when we wanted to see something. But Javila took the time to show us all sorts of houses around the market together through several guided tours, and really learn what was important to each of us. We couldn't recommend her more and would absolutely work with her again!

This recommendation is long overdue! Javila has worked (hard!) as our real estate agent for over 4yrs. Weve bought and sold 3 properties with her already. Shes simply THE best. Javila has a myriad of experience, knowledge and expertise. She has a gift of reading others while executing their needs. She gives her time, patience and is always there for you. Javila has a wonderful team that works hard for you. There is no one else Id choose to help me navigate this wild Seattle market. She works extremely hard and knows how to scintillate the process.

I have had the pleasure of working with Javila on various occasions in various capacities over the past 10 years. The best summary of working with her is "effortless." Frequently I gave her one phone call or text and she took care of the rest. She's been wonderful with more than just listing and selling properties. She has provided honest and realistic market analyses, coordinated finishing touches like cleaning and painting, she arranged for some outstanding staging, and was very effective when it came to negotiations and closing procedures. Javila has also produced outstanding results with my listings. I have been very pleased with the offers that came in. She has outstanding knowledge of Seattle's real estate market intricacies and neighborhoods. Lastly, she has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with.
