Margo and Zamir went above and beyond when it came to selling our house and finding us a new place to live. They helped with finding contractors to work on the house we were selling and were available 24/7 with that all important spoonful of sugar needed when my nerves got the best of me. My family and I purchased a house with the help of Margo Christophilis and her team back in 2019. Recently we had questions regarding how to refurnish the home. Being a first time homebuyer is daunting in itself, but couple that with the hot housing market, it's easy to say my husband and I were feeling a bit overwhelmed as we started our hunt. Margo and her team couldn't have been a better fit for our needs! Margo was great from the beginning of the process to the end. She was upfront and honest with us the whole time so there were no surprises. She communicated well and made herself and her team available for us even with short notice. Margo has a lot of experience and we believe her relationships in the industry helped get our offer accepted. She is a great negotiator and is extremely knowledgeable about the market all around the greater Seattle area.
