One Bite Cafe - Seattle

The East Asian-style desserts here are not overly sweet, and the prices are not cheap but within an acceptable range. The waffles are the most satisfying I've had in Seattle, but the coffee is quite disappointing.

The "croffle" was yummy, with a nice sugar crispy coating & was made fresh to order. The wait (17 minutes for just 1 croffle) was not communicated at all, which is inappropriate for counter order takeout especially since they didn't look busy (about 10 people at tables mostly already with food, no one waiting at the front).

So I generally have a good experience at this place. I mostly order take-out and get almond milk for my drink because I'm lactose intolerant. Today however, I either I might have not clicked the almond milk button or something else happened but there was regular milk in my drink. I noticed it a bit after I left to go eat my lunch that the taste was a bit different. But, unfortunately the different taste was cause of the regular milk. About 30ish minutes afterwards I started having really bad bowel problems. Now, normally I would give a store 1 stars if this did happen, but all the other times I've had a very good experience and the customer service is always so kind that I can't knock it down 4 stars for that. But overall, at least for my trip today it was 3 stars.

Near phenomenal. This is a really amazing place, with multitudes of options and amazing service. Their food is simply amazing, (esp the croffles, like....), 100% recommend. Their drinks are also amazing too! (P.s. for students, its usually not crowded during lunch hours!)
