Delicious but way overpriced. I got the new brulee soft serve which was just the regular flavor with a brulee top. The toppings made it so expensive. The mochi balls were definitely worth it but the sweet potato was just...cooked sweet potato with no seasoning or flavor. I found the matcha soft serve not sweet enough but my friend liked it. Parking: Park a few blocks away in the neighborhoods nearby.

When I realized that I had paid $9 for my Yaki-Imo Brle soft-serve sundae, I almost lost my appetite. However, after the first bite, this sundae proved to be one of the best ice cream sundaes Ive had in Seattle. It is truly worth every penny. Indigo Cows soft-serve is Hokkaido style, which means its not overly sweet. If you have a hard time picking flavors, youre in luck because this place only has onemilk (or matcha sometimes). I dont mind the flavor alone, but its best when paired with one of their toppings or syrups. Nevertheless, if youre going to Indigo Cow, youre amiss if you dont order the Yaki-Imo sundae. The creamy and crunchy sweet potato is perfect with the soft-serve. Its the ideal balance of flavors, and a combination I havent seen before. Truly I was blown away by this experience. And my boyfriend agreed. I wish I hadnt taken him though, so that I couldve eaten the entire thing by myself. Whatever. Seattle doesnt have much in the means of soft-serve, and honestly Indigo Cow isnt similar to the soft-serve I grew up with in Pennsylvania. If you want that classic country fair chocolate vanilla swirl, this isnt your place. But if you want something debatably better and definitely more refined, check out Indigo Cow.

Absolutely magical experience- got the yaki-imo bruleed Hokkaido soft serve with mitarashi dango and it was so roasty and toasty, caramelized, and balanced. Unlike any ice cream flavorings I've ever had, so good.

I've had ice cream from this place before and really enjoyed it, but I just had the sweet potato creme brulee ice cream and it was one of the tastiest desserts I've ever had. Perfect amount of everything, perfect balance, so tasty, I just wish I had ordered a regular size instead of a small.
