The Sliding Door Company - We are remodeling our showroom. Opening May 1st

I would highly recommend this company. I went to the showroom and Jacy was awesome at showing us options and sending us home with samples. There was no pressure to buy and she was very friendly. We purchased doors to create a spare bedroom off our living room. They are really high quality, and look beautiful. Installation was great. Jonathan did the installation and he was friendly, polite, and did an excellent job. I also had the pleasure of working with Marilyn to coordinate the installation time and she was a gem to work with. She was friendly and had a great sense of humor. What a great company. In the future I would totally use them again!

Weve had two large jobs done by the Sliding door company and both went amazingly well. Johnathon and Lauren are skilled knowledgeable, reliable and great to work with. They respond to questions and did the job right the first time we will definitely come back and use this company for our next job.

Really nice looking doors. Had some issues with the plastic parts on bottom rollers cracking. The company reached out and addressed my this, sending two technicians out to replace and readjust all the doors. I'm impressed with this level of customer service.

We chose to put a Sliding Door Company glass door on the toilet room in our new home. We wanted it to look great but still be handicap accessible. It turned out great. Jacy Wattenbarger from the Seattle Store was helpful in getting the measurements and installation done correctly. Would highly recommend this company.

I got some sliding closet doors installed in October 2022. I'm quite happy with the doors, but their installation took more than twice as long as I was promised, and their customer care manager did not provide any compensation or even respond to my message. Their salespeople and installers were great. Timelines: I placed my order and put down a deposit on 6 May and was quoted 8-10 weeks until installation. I then paid the remaining balance on 26 July. My doors were installed on 7 October, 22 weeks after I placed my order and 10 weeks after I paid in full.
