After watching Shota on Top Chef I knew I had to get to his restaurant when we were in Seattle. WOW. What a cool place! Appears like a hole in the wall, but wow it is beautiful, beaming with style/personality and the RICE. Literally the Best Fried Rice I've ever had the pleasure of eating! I can't wait to come back on my next trip and try more of the menu! Cheers to the outdoor seating/indoor outdoor vibe & such a great meal!

Worst experience in a while. Don't order to go. It takes a while to be ready, even if you have a massage that says it is, and to topple it all, the waiter is really rude. She was unpolite and dismissive, made me wait by the door, and passed by me 4 times without even acknowledging me or letting me know that there was no food ready yet. People like these should not work with the public. Maybe it is the effect of accumulated personal frustration, but it is definitely not a reason to treat people that way.

The food quality has notably declined. The fried chicken, once a favorite, was dry and flavorless today.

Absolutely amazing. Drove over 1900 miles. Would do it again in a heartbeat. If you are west of the Mississippi, its worth the drive.
