        My favorite food experience is Seattle. The service is amazing and the food is too notch. Reservations for 6+ or you'll wait an hour on the weekend.

        Chengdu Memory has been my go-to place for Sichuan hot pot. The protein is plentiful and the hot pot is incredibly spicy and authentic. I would recommend mild spicy if you can eat a bit of spicy. Anything above will be way too strong unless you develop a tolerance.
