Bebop Waffle Shop

It was 12 bucks for half a waffle. It was a perfectly acceptable waffle, but I figured I'd be getting at least a whole one.

Came in around 930am on a Sunday and easily found a seat, by 10 it was packed and a 30+ min wait. Ordered at the counter and locked the classic waffle and the breakfast sandy with greens. The great: breakfast sandy was delicious! Well balanced, great flavors, hot and fresh. Space is cute with bright tables and I loved all the plants in the back. Staff was nice. The meh: the waffle was barely warm and soggy everywhere but the edges when it arrived. It seemed like it wasnt cooked all the way through and that it was ready first and they let it sit while my sandwich was being made. I only ate about 1/4 of it. The flavored butter was not for me either, nor the maple syrup. I think they thought 2 people were eating the meal, otherwise they would have brought my waffle when it was fresh and hot. Id come again for the breakfast sandwich and try variations of it. I wished the waffle had lived up to the hype but maybe this was an off day *shrug*

Great food and service, nice and cozy interior. Their waffle croissant sandwiches (with goofy names like Eggwich and Hamwich) are amazing.

I had the cornbread waffle and customized it with salmon lox on top, it was an unexpectedly delicious combo!
