We worked with Kim on selling our old house and she was amazing. having never sold a house, we had many questions about the process as well as what were the high-value items for us to address before presenting our house to the market. She was friendly, no-BS, and generally a pleasure to work with. She listened and respected our opinions, but also made sure we understood the impact of our choices. I began working with Kim Mulligan more than 2 years before making my move. I learned about homes that might be of interest to me in Seattle and made connections that helped me refine my budget and target area. Once I was ready, she found homes for me to consider, including the one I bought. Her advice and assistance throughout were exceptional! I would not have been able to succeed in the negotiation for my beautiful green home without her expert advice. Kim continued to be helpful after my home purchase was complete! She's a star! Kim was absolutely amazing to work with! As first time home buyers in an intimidating market, we had little idea as to what expect or how to start. Kim taught us so much and was honest and informative about the process but also supportive, personable and efficient. She helped us close on a great house when our offer wasnt even the highest one. Kim provides exceptional service and insight into a very crazy market. As first time home buyers she assisted us and provided answers to our questions while insuring we understood all the steps along the way. Kim's expertise shined when we where able to make the deal on a bid that was below other offers already on the table. She stays on top of everything, from getting to know the seller's agent to the loan company and escrow. She's extremely personable and professional and I would highly recommend her!
