HIGHLY RECOMMEND! John Anderson of Anchor Home Services, was the absolute best real estate agent one could hope for! As first time homebuyers, we really couldn't have asked for better representation. Even in such a competitive market for buyers, he coached us on different negotiation strategies that would help us to present the best offer possible and was then able to secure us the house of our dreams. John really hit on all of the marks; was incredibly professional, his market knowledge is extensive, he was super communicative throughout and John really prepared us well for the process as a whole. John was a fantastic partner in every aspect of the process of selling my home, and I was blown away by the level of service he provided. John was absolutely amazing as we navigated the Seattle real estate market. Not only was he knowledgable about the market and home buying process but he was extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns. John was patient with us as the search took several months. Providing advice regarding potential re-sale value, costs associated with needed repairs and contacts for inspections, etc... helped to ensure we ended up in a great house we were happy with. His deep history growing up in N Seattle combined with up-to-date knowledge of new properties coming on market helped us feel comfortable buying our first home, and separates John from other agents.
