Weekday review: food is hearty, flavorful, but simple. Super tasty, but not inspired. Cooks and bartenders are all super friendly and talkative behind the counter. Great people. Coffee, biscuits, and a morning paper - great and low key chill vibe.

Nashville vibes in the PNW, solid service with epic biscuits. Recommend to split some of the items on the menu. No wait when we went on a Sunday morning around 11:00 am, staff was on point and knowledgeable about the menu. Good find and will be back Soon.

Was walking by yesterday and drawn in by the scent of warm, buttery biscuits. Staff was incredible friendly (guy at the counter was awesome), menu looked amazing, the food was absolutely delicious, and I love the cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back!!!

This was my first time at Seattle Biscuit Co. We went on a Wednesday before noon, and it was quiet but not empty. When we walked in, we were greeted and told to order before we sat down. It took a few to look over all the interesting ways they had conjured up to serve biscuits. There is a long counter and booths. The guy who took our orders brought our beverages and later our food. I ordered the Che. It looked like a huge sandwich,I cut it in 1/2, but I needed a fork and a knife to eat it. I took the other 1/2 home. The food was real, not processed, and very tasty. My daughter ordered the biscuit and gravy, which was a huge serving (think 2 person meal). This is the place to go if you're craving anything with a homemade biscuit! Parking: Easy to find parking. Small lot on the side of the business
