Fat's Chicken and Waffles

This is the closest Ive found to the food I grew up on in The South. I didnt realize I was homesick till I ate here.

Had this on a trip down to Seattle. Great place. The chicken was nice and crispy outside and tender inside. Biscuits were fanstic was well. Super friendly good service. The restaurant was nicely decorated. It's a bit of a wait (40 min), but it's worth it.

Great food. Friendly service. Expect a short line on weekends during morning opening. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park on street, then entrance is sidewalk level--easily accessible. Crosswalk at Fats is wheelchair accessible and crosswalks are right there at entrance if you park across the street.

Absolutely AMAZING! The butter chicken biscuit was the best Ive ever had. And the servers and staff were FABULOUS!

The chicken at this place is INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend the potato bowl (more so than the chicken and waffles) bc you get a bit of everything! Its a fairly small place so may have to wait if youre going around brunch time but its so worth it! Will be going back for sure
