Ran out of entre boxes so they put the extra entre in with the rest of the food way smaller portion, but still got charged the full amount. The employee dropped my cream cheese Rangoon on the ground (in the bag) and didnt replace with new ones definitely against health code.

The employees at this location, no matter how many times they hire someone new, ends up being so incredibly incompetent. Twice now I have not received a receipt and instead theyve given me the cooks ticket for the order, which of course, the QR code for giving feedback isnt big enough or cut off, so they wont hear what you have to say. Multiple of my orders have been the wrong size, wrong item, etc, and EVERY TIME I am always missing utensils. This drive through is probably the worst one in the city of Burien. Do not go here, its just simply not worth the extra time and effort on your 30 minute lunch break to put up with. Oh and 4 people will need to try and answer the headset and take your order before someone actually pushes a button and continues beyond asking you for what you need. Just ridiculous

They got the tastiest orange chicken. The staff is hard working. Food is fresh most of the time I go

Most of the time this location has really good food. It's only when they are slammed with customers you may not get the quality you're used to. But that's the same with most any fast food restaurant.
