Blue Water Taco Grill

I absolutely adore this place. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful while still having a personable touch to them. I could chat and laugh with them and never did I feel judged or rushed. The food was incredible too. Theu have so many options that the hardest part of dining there was choosing what to eat. They also have vegeterian options that taste amazing. The only thing I wish would change is adding more national locations! Vegetarian options: They have a soyrizo meat substitute you can swap out in almost any dish and it tastes amazing. It also isn't an extra cost like many places, you pay the same for vegetarian substitutes as you do for meat.

Walking in we were immediately greeted with friendly and pleasant staff, washing away any anxiety we had about trying new food in an entirely new city. The food was amazing quality and portion for the price, surpassing all chain restaurants we went to and our own expectations for the local food. Vegetarian options: Despite the menu having high contents of meat such as fish and steak, they also offered veggie chorizo as a protein option for essentially all dishes, making it super easy to order a delicious meat free dish. The veggie chorizo was high quality with tons of flavor and blended will with the dishes that'd typically be meat based.

Excellent small restaurant with delicious food. Carnitas is full of flavor and juicy. Service was great, and the horchata was very good.
