They wont allow you to get a consultation/meet and greet before you sign up. So you have to do their intake process and pay a one-month membership fee before you even know if youll get along with/are allowed to meet the doctor. This seems very sketchy. Why wouldnt both parties want to make sure its a good fit? To be clear, we spoke to other concierge doctors and they generally offer you a meet and greet. This is literally the only one that said no to this request.

I feel very fortunate to have an amazing provider, Dr. Frownfelter. The medical team as a whole is very attentive, assuring, detail-oriented, and talented. You pay a small premium for top notch care and quick access in times when you need it the most. Whether Im in town, or out of state, I have reassurance Ill be taken care of 24/7.

I was a patient here for years and if it wasn't for the pandemic I probably would have left sooner. There were a ton of mistakes made by administrative and medical staff that I caught: Medical tests that I requested weren't performed, tests that were performed the results were lost, an appointment was confirmed with me but never added to the medical schedule, drug allergies were not noted in my medical records. You can get a better standard of care for free at an HMO.My doctor was Frownfelter. She was late for every appointment, could not remember the names of my specialists, and asked a lot of creepy and inappropriate questions about my sexual relationships. Even worse, she also was unable to correctly diagnose a simple A/C separation, which ended up costing me months away from my favorite sport. Definitely NOT recommended. I pay more now to see another physician at a different concierge medical provider, and immediately noticed the higher standard of care.
