Jim is a gentle giant with a healing touch. Rolfing is an effective way of removing stresses and misalignments that build up in your body, and Jim utilizes those techniques well to alleviate chronic pain, as well as prevent future problems and pain. I'm standing taller and straighter than most of my colleagues thanks to his work.

I sought out Rolfing to help manage my running injuries and maintain my heath as a 50-something guy. Jim has been amazing over the past five or six years weve worked together. We did the classic 10 series of Rolfing practice at first and now I just see him occasionally to tune up. I highly recommend Jim for both the 10 series (if thats what youre seeking) and for acute or problem-focused work. Jim is the only roller Ive seen and has been unfailing professional, intuitive, caring, and stays tuned in to me and my health. Some people experience Rolfing as a kind of painful massage but Jims practice works around painful treatment and he tries to, as he says, help your body move with ease. I cant recommend Jim highly enough.
