Karolina is awesome. She's my kind of para legal! Called and made me feel great. Well it's been up and down. I got a structure settlement from the State of Washington in December for removing and replacing all my teeth that got ruined while prescribed medication during the claim. The lawyers got their 1/3rd for the money, but it's August and still don't have my teeth replaced or anything done. I now have only 4 original teeth left in my mouth, all my top teeth are now broken and I don't have any, when in December they were still present. I have no way to eat, and I have lost eyesight in my left eye due to an infection caused by the teeth, and I have lost over 35 lbs and still in danger of losing more because I have no teeth to eat with. I don't understand how the money part of the settlement seems to be the only priority to the firm, and since they already got the money in December, guess the treatment part is in-material to them. Karolina can't do this on her own, there are legal ramifications that LNI are responsible for and the Lawyers have to get into it and find out why it is taking over 8 months to get then to do what is in writing in the settlement. So my feeling is if you are only looking for money than here is your firm. If your looking for treatment, good luck! and any timely response's to this dangerous and medically unstable situation. Here is some advice that I thought to be out of the blue, almost like they are tried of dealing with it, now they have their money for a settlement that is not complete? Job not done yet! : "Attached is the report from the office of the medical examiner. They are authorizing denturesnot permanent dentures. They do not believe that permanent dentures will work in your situation. With that being said, I think we should proceed with the dentures. I will call to discuss on Monday. " No call by the way on Monday, can't seem to get any calls from them anymore?

Everyone at Emery Reddy went above and beyond to help me through a very tough time dealing with L&I. If it wasn't for them, I would not have received all the benefits I needed to support my family during my injury. They fought for me every step of the way. With their hard work and dedication, they were able to get me approved for vocational training, which gave me a chance to get a AAS degree and start a new career. With out Emery Reddy, I would be miserable and fighting pain every day. I owe everything to them and will be forever grateful.

Do not hire Emery Reddy! All these guys cared about was their income from my injury and loss. The lawyers wouldnt talk and they had a new paralegal probably every week! I was injured and my car totaled. 100% the other drivers fault. I hired them to negotiate a settlement and not go to court. They did nothing and did not communicate with me so I thought they dropped my case. Then suddenly they filed suit in my name without even letting me know so they could get a higher % of my payment. The lawyers reviewed my medical records, misunderstood the medical terminology, and wrongly accused me of having a previous surgery and therefore not fully supporting my case. They thought I was not really injured but still have pain and limited movement even a decade later! I had to keep on them to get them to negotiate a settlement to just cover my initial medical cost and loss. I do NOT recommend these guys to anyone!
